Hilo Coffee Mill
The Big Island of Hawai`i produces some of the “richest” coffee in the world, comparable to any of the more famous coffee regions. Hilo Coffee Mill (founded in February 2001), is located on 24 beautiful acres in Mountain View with a full viewing area and tasting bar and was founded to help small local coffee farmers not only produce and process their coffee crops, but also assist in marketing these valuable crops to the rest of the world. It is our passion for excellence that now brings these coffees to the forefront of world markets, and adds Hilo and East Hawai`i to the list of “best coffee growing regions worldwide”. Find them in the Carousel of Aloha tent.

Manny Mattos III
Museum quality replicas of historic Hawaiian weapons and tools handcrafted by a second generation artisan, trained by his father, Manny Mattos II, a historian of Hawaiian weapons and warfare.
Manny also makes koa earrings and other items. The wood is locally sourced and harvested sustainably.
Indigogo Designs
I love the tones and patterns that come through using shibori techniques with indigo and natural dyes. I can layout a design and build the structure for the design. The additional elements are how the dyes choose to make their own designs. I learn to not have an expectation but be thankful for the beautiful that has grown out of the process.
Brazen Wench
Brazen Wench is really “back to the future” for me. I learned metalworking from my father, and spent many hours happy playing in his workshop, cutting little scraps of metal into fun shapes, sanding them smooth, hammering them, polishing them, and making jewelry for family, friends, and myself.
As I got older, I apprenticed with my father, and began gainful employment in his shop. When I married, my husband and I took over full time in making the Malama Torches Daddy had invented. Now, I once again take the left-over scrap metal and make jewelry for family, friends, and myself!
