Year Two, 2006 By this festival, Aunty Nona was ill, and unable to participate. The Wailoa Art Center is usually booked about three years in advance, so we were not able to hold it there. One of our committee members suggested moving to the Mo`oheau Bandstand. So, we booked Mo`oheau and held a very small festival there, demonstrating lei making and performing hula which referenced lei.
